Every role is unique. I pull from my heart, my gut, the script, and different techniques to get inside; thriving on making the physical and emotional transformations needed to express each character.

I'm a classically trained actress and have studied all the major acting disciplines. Including Meisner, Stanislavski, Strasberg, Adler, Laban/Bartenieff Movement, Alexander and many other well established techniques.
